Yes. Tell it who is meeting whom and when, and it drafts the interview for you to approve. You can reschedule or cancel the same way.

Can it create follow-up tasks in bulk?

Yes. Ask for something like “Create follow-up tasks to call every candidate I submitted this week”. It shows you the full list before it creates any of them.
