Can I search JobAdder candidates by skill and location?
Yes. Describe who you need, like “accountants in Perth open to contract work”, and the assistant searches JobAdder with your own access. Narrow it down with follow-up questions instead of rebuilding the search.
Can it write a candidate summary or blind profile?
Yes. It reads the candidate’s record, work history and notes, then drafts the summary in the chat. Nothing is sent or saved to JobAdder unless you ask, so you can edit it first.
